TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Conference registrations are not complete until an appropriate payment is received, processed, and a confirmation has been sent.
  • UC Recharge registrants will need to follow the recharge instructions provided on the registration form and email by the UC Recharge deadline.
  • Registrants will be able to select the Early Bird fee up to July 31, 2016. If payment has not been received by July 31, 2016, registrants will be charged the regular fee.
  • Travel and accommodation costs are not included in the conference registration fee. Attendees are responsible for making their own travel and lodging arrangements.
  • Registration includes continental breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks Wednesday - Friday. Registration does not include hotel, travel, transportation or parking.
  • Registrations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • A cancellation fee of $42 will apply, substitutions maybe requested for no additional fee. No refunds will be granted after 9/1/16.
  • Registered students will be asked for proof of student status, to confirm the student rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you must cancel a registration, please do so as soon as possible. Substitutions are encouraged but please notify us of the change. All cancellations must be received in writing via email no later than 5pm on August 16, 2016 and will incur a $42 cancellation fee. Attendees are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made). Cancellation policy only applies to registration fees. Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations is the exclusive responsibility of the attendee
